Meditation is the foundation of all the yogic practices. It is the final destination of learning the poses and breathing techniques. It will offer a richness and calm to your life like nothing imaginable. And it’s easier that you think! Melissa is a certified Svaroopa® Yoga Meditation teacher, offering classes in how to meditate two times a year. These are two hour classes that meet once a week for three weeks.
The goal is to introduce you to meditation and help you establish your own practice with comfort and ease. Three modalities are taught, and you practice each during the week, until you find the one that gets you to that place of inner tranquility: The Self.
